Rooted is a 7th-12th Grade youth ministry at Athens Christian Church! We meet every Wednesday Night from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
This semester we are diving into the book of the bible Hebrews and seeing how we can apply it to our lives today! During WNC, we will Worship, listen to Announcements, hear a Message, share with a
Small Group and then play Games.

Upcoming Events
"SEE YOU AT THE POLE" is a nationwide day of student prayer that is happening at Athens Junior/Senior High. We will meet at 7:30am in front of the school by the flag pole! Everyone is welcome to come and pray with the students!
After we are done praying, we will head inside the school to Mr. Butler's room to eat a free hot breakfast! No signup required!
After the Home Athens Football Game against Auburn, we will be having a "5th Quarter" from 9:30pm-11:30pm at the church. This is for anyone in 7th-12th grade. We will provide snacks, games, a Gospel message, and updates on future events at ACC!
Our theming for this night is "Sports" so wear some athletic gear or a Sports Jersey! See you there!
Every Monday Morning that Athens School District is in session, High schoolers come together to eat breakfast and have fellowship. This semester, we are diving into the topic of Prayer and what role it plays in our daily lives!
Breakfast starts at: 7:15am
Study is from: 7:30am-8:00am

On Saturday, October 27th, we will be taking a Junior High trip to Bomke's Patch! The cost of entry is $10, but make sure to bring extra if your student wants to purchase a snack, pumpin, etc...
We will be taking a bus to Bomke's if you need a ride! We will be leaving from Athens Christian Church at 12:30pm and will arrive around 1pm. We will leave Bomke's on the bus at 3pm and will return to ACC by 3:30pm. Please let us know below if you plan on taking the bus!
Something new that Bomke's is requiring is a liability waiver for every attendee.

Join us for a fun night at Rader Family Farms in Bloomington, IL on Saturday, October 4th! This trip is for High Schoolers only!
We’ll be exploring a non-scary night corn maze together, and trying not to get lost...
We will meet at ACC at 5:30PM to ride the bus on up — we’ll return by 10:00PM. Admission is $10 to the maze, and food/drinks will be available for purchase, so bring extra money if you’d like snacks.
